The development of individual skills in line with organizational strategies has been the subject of reflection and constant improvement. Considering the relevance of this theme, the present research sought to analyze and explore existing research on the application of gamification as a strategy for the development of individual competences. Therefore, it was decided to develop a systemic review of publications of a quantitative and qualitative nature, based on searches through the Portal of Periodicals of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (Capes) and the Web Of Science database. between the years 2002 (first appearance of the term) and 2020 (cutting year of this study). Taking information technologies into account as essential in corporate management models, the research results demonstrate that, from the application of gamified environments, it is possible to promote learning, engagement and the development of individual competences, capable of giving solidity to the organization. |
