The article discusses the international legal cooperation for obtaining evidence in criminal proceedings and shows the modalities admitted in Brazilian Law. It approaches the criteria for achieving the effectiveness of criminal evidence produced abroad, addressing principles, aspects, and communicative channels of international legal cooperation for its production. |
