Companies seek improvement of results through the use of process analysis tools. The aim of this study was to analyze and structure the production process of a clothing manufacturing company, using methodologies such as PDCA and quality tools that aided in decision making, proposing changes to optimize the main indicators of the feasibility of each proposal with its cost-benefit. |
