Abstract: |
Aiming to understand how the situated learning of managerial competencies, which occurs in the social practice of a student community, contributes to the schooling of those who participate in it, this article presents the results of a qualitative research. The research was done through participant observation, backed up in a field diary, interviews and photographs. The results revealed that, in the process of situated learning of managerial competencies that takes place in practice of community, the interweaving of "knowing" to "doing" ensues, contributing to fill the theoretical and epistemological gap existing between the two concepts. Thus, this work contributes to theoretical elaborations on managerial learning in social practice and creates perspectives for investigations about how the student communities complement the schooling of students who participate in them. |
