The Magneto hydrodynamics equations, MHD, are discussed for weakly conductive fluids of electricity, and then an analytical solution is presented. An MHD vortex is generated using seawater in a cylindrical vessel, where external electromagnetic fields are conveniently applied. Some physical quantities of interest are discussed and measured by well-known techniques. |
