This article reviews the development of the three-dimensional theory of law and its impact on the Civil Code and case law, as a way to solve new problems claimed world around today, notably situations like the COVID-19 pandemic. Hence, the three-dimensional theory has apparently proved to be an excellent way to provide proper and fair guidance to solve new contractual issues. |
